You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active maswin account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or bonus funds associated with them may be voided without notice.
All deposits and withdrawals must be transacted via bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to exploit promotional offers through abnormal play patterns or collusion may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. maswin will never ask for your password via chat or email. Report unauthorized access immediately to our support team.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maswin ("maswin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://maswin.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Gambling is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. maswin employs age verification technology and manual KYC review to enforce this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds — including any winnings — will be voided. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the maswin Platform, please contact us immediately.
3.1 To access the full functionality of the maswin Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
3.2 You may hold only one Account on the maswin Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. maswin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances or bonuses associated with them.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your Account. If any registered details change (for example, your phone number, email address, or bank account details), you must update your Account profile promptly or notify our support team.
3.4 Your Account login credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any other person. maswin will never request your password through any communication channel. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account whether or not conducted by you personally.
3.5 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify maswin immediately by contacting [email protected]. maswin may suspend your Account pending investigation to protect your funds.
4.1 maswin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed and may also be required before certain deposit methods are activated.

4.3 maswin aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–24 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation. Complex cases or high-volume periods may result in processing times of up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.
4.4 maswin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of your Account's lifetime, including after initial verification has been approved, if unusual account activity is detected or if regulatory requirements change.
4.5 If KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request is submitted, maswin may place the withdrawal on hold until verification is finalized.
maswin accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maxi mum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly during standard banking hours (WIB). maswin does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. maswin will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned, and the associated Account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit unless you have formally updated your payment details through our support team with supporting documentation.
maswin targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. Most withdrawals complete within 1–24 hours from the point of approval, though bank processing times are outside our direct control.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, your Account must have completed full KYC verification (see Section 4). Accounts with pending KYC reviews will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalized. maswin does not charge withdrawal fees; any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.
All transactions on the maswin Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). maswin does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any applicable conversion costs borne by the player.
Withdrawal processing times quoted throughout these Terms are indicative targets, not contractual guarantees. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), or where additional verification is required.
6.1 maswin offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the AFF Cup, and the Ramadhan month. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when read together.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all maswin promotions:
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.4 maswin retains the right to conduct audits of player wagering patterns and to adjust, reverse, or void bonus-related winnings where the audit reveals patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
7.1 All bets placed on the maswin Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game category. These rules are published within each game or market section of the Platform and should be read before placing a wager.
7.2 maswin reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently than displayed in the following circumstances:

7.4 maswin uses independently certified RNG technology for all non-live casino and slot games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those studios' published dealing and settlement procedures.
7.5 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published in real time on the Platform and are final. No claims regarding draw results will be accepted after the official result has been published.
8.1 The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the maswin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.2 maswin employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited behavior will trigger an immediate investigation, during which your Account may be suspended pending the outcome.
9.1 All content on the maswin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of maswin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the maswin Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over any Platform content.
9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any maswin Platform content without our express prior written consent.
10.1 The maswin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, maswin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maswin shall not be liable for:

11.1 maswin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 maswin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services is conducted on a strictly need-to-know basis and is covered by appropriate data processing agreements.

12.1 Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting maswin customer support at [email protected]. Requests to close an Account will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to maswin.
12.2 Termination by maswin: maswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
12.3 Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), maswin reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus funds and, where evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Any withheld funds will be handled in accordance with maswin's internal compliance procedures and applicable law.

13.1 maswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, maswin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the maswin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law and the internal compliance standards adopted by maswin as an internationally operated platform.
14.2 maswin operates its platform to serve players in Indonesia and applies standards consistent with international responsible gaming frameworks, including player protection, fair play, and anti-money laundering compliance.
14.3 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the maswin Platform, you agree to first engage maswin's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. maswin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
14.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution.
